Terms of Service

You may use MyBarber services only for lawful purposes related to barbershop operations, appointment management, and customer engagement. Users must not misuse or exploit the platform in any manner.

Merchants, barbers, and customers are each responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any actions taken through your account are your responsibility.

Merchants using paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable. Free plans and trial periods may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Barbers and normal users may use the MyBarber app for free to manage appointments and related activities, subject to these same Terms of Service.

MyBarber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform with reasonable notice.

MyBarber collects and processes user data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia). Personal information is handled securely and used only for legitimate business purposes.

While MyBarber strives for continuous uptime, temporary downtime or maintenance may occur. Users will be notified of planned maintenance when possible.

MyBarber may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

All software, code, design, and content within MyBarber are owned by or licensed to MyBarber. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify materials without permission.

Payments made are non-refundable. Merchants may cancel subscriptions anytime and retain access until the current billing period ends.

New merchants are entitled to a 3-month free trial. Continued use after the trial requires an active paid subscription.

MyBarber is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
